All contact lenses sold by PRIMAL® Contact Lenses are manufactured in a facility that is compliant with international quality standards certifications such as ISO13485, CAMDCAS, CE, and US 510K and are authorized to be sold in USA, Canada and Australia.

Unfortunately, we do not refund for any change of mind, but can offer a store credit, valid for 12 months. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. All shipping is to be paid by the customer unless in the case of a faulty item.

Standard Australian deliveries will generally take 3 - 10 days In some cases out of stock items may take longer, we appreciate your patience. We ship via Australia post or fastway couriers. Please advise when making your order any additional information such as an authority to leave.
