Returns

We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase, We offer an exchange for incorrect size, colour or if it is just not what you expected. 

We do not refund for a change of mind, but can offer a store credit, valid for 12 months.

You can return any eligible item to us within 14 days of delivery, as long as it’s unworn and undamaged, and still has all the original labels, tags, packaging and hygiene stickers intact.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on custom made items, bodystockings, hosiery, or pierced jewellery.
Please notify us by email within 10 days of delivery and return the product within the following 5 days. (we will not accept returns after this time)

All postage is to be paid by the customer including exchanges.

Standard Australian deliveries will generally take 3 - 10 days In some cases out of stock items may take longer, we appreciate your patience. We ship via Australia post. Please advise when making your order any additional information such as an authority to leave.

You can also elect to collect your shoes from our store 292 CROWN STREET, SURRY HILLS 2010 Please notify us at the checkout when ordering.

Currently we only ship to New Zealand. Flat rate for under 2kg is $49.50 (AUD)For orders over 2kg additional fees will apply and we will contact you with these rates.
