HOW LONG WILL MY PARCEL TAKE TO ARRIVE AND HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Standard Australian deliveries USUALLY takes 3-10 business days, though at the moment we are experiencing large delays and shoes are taking about 3 weeks to arrive, if they are not instore. Please call the shop to check.
This is because Pleaser, our supplier are facing delays with packing as they are overwhelmed with orders and shipping from the US is delayed because of logistical issues due to the Covid pandemic.  

This is only a guide as sometimes customs will keep a shipment from reaching us for a few days to investigate the contents. We appreciate your patience as you await your delivery. 
Once we post them out to you you will receive a text message with a tracking number so you can follow them on their journey to you!
Shipping costs within Australia are free for orders over $75 and New Zealand customers incur a $49.50 shipping cost.
If you require overnight express (in Australia) there is a $15 charge. All prices are quoted in AUD.
Shipping fees are subject to change without notice.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a text containing your tracking number to track your package. It is important that you provide us with a mobile number where we can send the tracking number to, and contact you if there are any problems with your order.
If you do not provide us with a contact number and we cannot send you the tracking number then you may miss the delivery and your shoes might be returned to us. If this is the case then you will have to cover the shipping costs to have the shoes sent back out to you. This cost is $15.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM(S) IF IT’S WRONG SIZE, STYLE OR COLOUR?

We want you to feel happy and satisfied with your shoe purchase. We will exchange shoes if they are the wrong size, or if a different style is wanted, but the shoes must be ‘As New’ in original packaging and customers must pay the cost of returning the shoes to us, plus $15 for our extra shipping charges, as we only offer free shipping once. As an alternative to an exchange, a customer can get an online or store credit valid for 12 months. We don’t offer refunds for ‘Change of Mind’, we only offer refunds if the shoes are ‘As New’ and have a manufacturing fault. If this is the case, we will also pay the shipping costs of the return. 

WHAT IF I’D LIKE TO PICK UP INSTORE?

We are located at 292 Crown Street in Surry Hills, Sydney, NSW, 2010.
If you’d like to pick your shoes up in-store (and/ or check out all of the lingerie, dresses, pole wear, etc. That we stock) either give us a call on (02) 8068 0955 or select the ‘Pick up in-store’ option when ordering.

SIZING?

Our sizing is in Australian sizes, which are the same as US sizes. If you are at all unsure contact us at info@highheels.com.au and we will give you a hand with figuring out what size you are. Generally we recommend that you go up a size for closed toe shoes, but pick your normal shoe size for open toe style. This is because the sizes run slightly smaller in closed to styles and in the case of boots you’ll most likely be wearing socks with them, so this allows for optimum comfort.

MENS SIZING?

Generally for men’s sizes we recommend adding two sizes to your male shoe size for open toe size, and 3 sizes for closed toe size. (e.g. Men’s size 10 would be ladies size 12 in open toe, and size 13 in closed to shoes.)
This conversion is rough and not always accurate because factors such as foot width can play a part. If you are unsure of which size to order email us at info@highheels.com.au and our friendly staff will do their best to give you a hand.

INBETWEEN SIZES?

We sell foot halters that push the foot back in the shoe, these are great for shoes that are a little on the big side, too loose, uncomfortable, or if your toes are coming forward in the shoe the halter will push them back.

WHAT IF I CANNOT FIND THE SIZE I AM AFTER?

If the size you are after is not displayed on the website, it either doesn’t come in your size, or was unavailable in that size when we put the information on our website.
