We want you to feel happy and satisfied with your shoe purchase. We will exchange shoes if they are the wrong size, or if a different style is wanted, but the shoes must be ‘As New’ in original packaging and customers must pay the cost of returning the shoes to us, plus $15 for our extra shipping charges, as we only offer free shipping once. As an alternative to an exchange, a customer can get an online or store credit valid for 12 months. We don’t offer refunds for ‘Change of Mind’, we only offer refunds if the shoes are ‘As New’ and have a manufacturing fault. If this is the case, we will also pay the shipping costs of the return.

Size Guide

Our sizing is in Australian Sizes which is the same as US Sizes from our supplier. We recommend choosing your Australian size in any open toe shoes and going 1 size up in all closed toe shoes and boots. If you are unsure of your correct size, please contact us at info@highheels.com.au and we are happy to assist you further.

Mens and Womens Sizing

Most shoes are in Women's sizing in our online store. So generally for Men’s sizing we recommend adding two sizes to your male shoe size for open toe shoes and 3 sizes for closed toe shoes.(e.g. Men’s size 10 would be Women's size 12 in open toe, and size 13 in closed toe.) This conversion is a rough guide and not always accurate because of factors such as foot width etc. Some shoes and boots (especially Unisex shoes and boots in the Demonia Brand) are already in Mens sizing...If this is the case then Women should go down 2 sizes when ordering this footwear.
