Returns

We want you to feel happy and satisfied with your shoe purchase. We will exchange shoes if they are the wrong size, or if a different style is wanted, but the shoes must be ‘As New’ in original packaging and customers must pay the cost of returning the shoes to us, plus $15 for our extra shipping charges, as we only offer free shipping once. As an alternative to an exchange, a customer can get an online or store credit valid for 12 months. We don’t offer refunds for ‘Change of Mind’, we only offer refunds if the shoes are ‘As New’ and have a manufacturing fault. If this is the case, we will also pay the shipping costs of the return.

Standard Australian deliveries will generally take 3 - 10 days In some cases out of stock items may take longer, we appreciate your patience. We ship via Australia post or fastway couriers. Please advise when making your order any additional information such as an authority to leave.

In Store Pick Up

You can also elect to collect your shoes from our store 80 Enmore Rd, Newtown NSW 2042. Please notify us at the checkout when ordering. PLEASE ADD THIS OPTION AT CHECK OUT

International Shipping Rates

Currently we only ship to New Zealand. Flat rate for under 2kg is $49.50 (AUD). For orders over 2kg, additional fees will apply and we will contact you with these rates.
