Returns

We will exchange shoes if they are the wrong size, or if a different style is wanted, but the shoes must be ‘As New’ in original packaging and customers must pay the cost of returning the shoes to us, plus $15 for our extra shipping charges, as we only offer free shipping once. As an alternative to an exchange, a customer can get an online or store credit valid for 12 months. We don’t offer refunds for ‘Change of Mind’, we only offer refunds if the shoes are ‘As New’ and have a manufacturing fault. If this is the case, we will also pay the shipping costs of the return.
